Cancelation Policy
Hotel Transfer
- Wear dry, summer clothing over your swimsuit in advance. Bring a change of clothes, a towel and a plastic bag for your wet clothes.
- Bring your underwater camera/video. You can also rent it from Fish Eye to capture this special experience!
- Please select a sunscreen with the active ingredient of non-nano zinc oxide, which has less impact on coral reefs. It is biodegradable, reef-safe, and water-resistant.
Things to keep in mind
- Expectant mothers are not allowed to participate in this activity.
- Locker, Shower, and Changing room facility is available for free of charge.
- All rental gear (Lifejacket, Mask, Snorkel, and fins) are included in the package.
- Although life jackets are provided, non-swimmers who are afraid of water are not recommended to take part in this activity since water depth reaches 6 to 30 feet. (2m to 10m). However, Children 2 - 3 years old, who are not afraid of water, are more than welcome to join this free-charge activity.
- A minimum of 6 participants is required for the activity to operate. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be informed by 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled activity date and may choose to reschedule your booking or request a full refund.
- Please note that the activity will be unable to accommodate any strict dietary requirements. (e.g. allergies, vegetarian diets)
- Individuals using wheelchairs, please consult with us before making reservations.
- Free Wi-Fi connection is available both in the Fish Eye Visitor Center and at the Underwater Observatory.
Cancelation Policy
- No cancellation charge applies BEFORE 5 pm on 2 days prior to the tour day.
- AFTER 5 pm, 2 days prior to the tour date – a Cancellation or Reduction of participating pax will be charged 50% of the total tour fee.
- AFTER 5 pm 1 day prior to the tour date – a Cancellation or Reduction of participating pax will be charged 100% of the total tour fee.
Hotel Transfer
- Hotel Transfer can be added with a minimal fee for various hotels located in Tumon and Agana Bay area in the advance arrangement.
- Please be at the designated meeting place 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
- As this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of unforeseen delays along the pickup route.

Q. How long is the snorkeling time?
A. The real snorkeling period is roughly 50 minutes; however, if you become tired or need to exit the water sooner, please notify your instructor.
Q. Can the snorkeling tour be conducted in inclement weather?
A. Yes. The tour may go forward as long as there is no risk to the customers' safety due to adverse sea conditions, such as severe rip currents or impending thunderstorms.
Q. Do I need to bring my snorkeling equipment?
A. No. All snorkeling equipment (life jacket, mask, snorkel, and fins) is provided free of charge however you may bring your gear.
Q. Can I bring my underwater camera?
A. Yes. Bring your camera if you'd like. We also provide on-site GoPro rentals, although there aren't many available.
Q. Can I take off my life jacket while on the snorkeling tour??
A. From the start of the snorkeling tour, all participants are obliged to wear their life jackets. However, in favorable water conditions, experienced swimmers may remove their life jackets only with the direction of our lifeguards/instructors.
Q. Are prescription snorkel masks available?
A. Yes. Prescription snorkel masks are available, however, due to limited supply, it is best to request them in advance.
Q. Are there shower and change facilities?
A. Participants have free access to lockers, showers, and changing facilities.
Q. May infants participate in the tour and is it safe to do so?
A. All of our tours are open to children of all ages when accompanied by a participating parent or legal guardian. Infant life jackets are available. If a child is not scared of water, he or she may join the snorkeling tour.
Q. Do I need to know how to swim to participate in the tour?
A. No, knowing how to swim is not required as long as you are comfortable in the water. You will be wearing a life jacket and will be guided by our certified instructor.
Q. Can pregnant women take part in the activity?
A. No. Pregnant ladies are not permitted to join in the snorkeling sport for their own safety.
Q. What kind of fish and sea life can we see?
A. You can see a variety of colorful fishes such as anemonefish, butterflyfish, damsels, sergeant fish, snappers, skipjacks, and many other marine creatures.
Transfer Service
Q. Are transportation services available from my hotel?
A. Yes. Hotel Transfer can be added with a minimal fee for major hotels in the Tumon and Agana Bay area with advance arrangements.
Q. I am staying at a Guest House, can transportation service be arranged?
A. It is necessary to arrange exclusive transfer service in advance with an additional fee for locations other than designated hotels.
Q. Is it feasible to be dropped off at a different hotel from where I picked up?
A.Yes. Please notify us in advance if both hotels are designated locations.
Q. Can I be dropped off at a shopping mall on my way back to my hotel?
A. Unfortunately, no shopping centers are designated sites; nevertheless, we can help you arrange a taxi.
Q. Can we arrange transportation from numerous places if members of my group are staying at separate hotels?
A. Yes. Separate reservations for parties staying at various hotels can be made to arrange for different pick-up/drop-off locations.
Q. I booked my reservations without the transfer service. Can I just show up at any of the designated pick-up locations?
No. The bus will only pick up the guests with reservations at designated hotels Please call us ahead of time to make arrangements for transportation.
